Sam (and Emma)
I purchased "Sammy the Tiger" for my grandson, Sam, a year ago
Christmas. Born 8/7/03, he instantly became attached to his "Sammy
blanket." He's not allowed to drag it everywhere - his mom
established a terrific sleep routine - for naps or night - and it
includes Sammy blanket. Sam can only have Sammy blanket when he's
in his crib! Now, at 18 months, I just have to stand at his bedroom
door and show him the blanket while he's running through the house
tearing things up (as 18 month boys always do) and he stops dead in
his tracks and comes into the bedroom for a nap!!!! It's
unbelievable!
His second favorite thing is "Emma"
the cat, pictured here with Sam and "Sammy blanket." Obviously,
Sam, "Sammy blanket" and "Emma" get along well together, especially
when they can sneak into mommy and daddy's bed for a quick nap!!!

product! I couldn't be more pleased with the results for Sam.
(It's even easy to keep this blanket clean and not loose the
softness of it; it is, after all, white!) My daughter and
son-in-law are just as happy as I am and asked me this past
Christmas if their next child would also get an animal blanket! Of
course I said yes - and will be purchasing one for my next grandson
who will be born in May of this year! Once here (both the 2nd baby
and the 2nd blanket!) I'll send you a new snapshot of the four of
them together!

Alas, Sammy the Tiger is no longer
made. We do have Turner the Tiger, though, as well as other
Jungle friends! Thanks Shannon for sending us the great picture!
